Job Description
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is expanding its COO and Operations Recruiting team in Lake Mary, Florida with a senior talent acquisition professional who can lead complex, full-cycle recruitment initiatives. This on-site role focuses on partnering with business leaders across functions to build strong teams, applying data-driven sourcing and AI-enabled tools, and guiding offer discussions to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a track record of independent, high-impact recruitment in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer for a range of roles across business lines and functions
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and long-term goals
- Utilize AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy
- Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to steer complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness
- Operate with a high degree of independence, owning searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
- Comfort with AI and data-driven tools in sourcing, assessment, and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently
- Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with solid time management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
- Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership
