Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is expanding its COO and Operations Recruiting team in Lake Mary, Florida with a senior talent acquisition professional who can lead complex, full-cycle recruitment initiatives. This on-site role focuses on partnering with business leaders across functions to build strong teams, applying data-driven sourcing and AI-enabled tools, and guiding offer discussions to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a track record of independent, high-impact recruitment in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer for a range of roles across business lines and functions
Develop and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and long-term goals
Utilize AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently
Maintain an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy
Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to steer complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness
Operate with a high degree of independence, owning searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
Comfort with AI and data-driven tools in sourcing, assessment, and engagement
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently
Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with solid time management
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership
