Job Description
This onsite role in Florence, KY coordinates recruiting, onboarding, training development, and LMS administration to support Camco Chemical's talent processes, with bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting through hire.
- Schedule candidate interviews and maintain clear, ongoing communication with applicants.
- Perform initial candidate screenings to assess fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate background checks and any required pre-employment steps.
- Assist with offer letters and new hire paperwork.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration.
- Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to support growth.
- Maintain training records and individual development files.
- Track training completion and deliver reports to management.
- Help create training materials and resources for ongoing learning.
- Support leadership and professional development initiatives across the organization.
- Serve as the LMS Super User and primary point of contact for the system.
- Administer LMS user accounts, assignments, and training records.
- Train managers and staff on LMS functionality and best practices.
- Provide LMS support and troubleshoot user issues as they arise.
- Develop user guides and training resources to facilitate adoption.
- Generate LMS reports and monitor system usage to inform decisions.
- Recommend enhancements to improve LMS adoption and overall effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties and special projects to support HR objectives.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, training coordination, or employee development.
- Experience with LMS administration preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and LMS platforms.
- Ability to train and support employees on technology systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
