Job Description

Neuralink is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner closely with technical teams and help shape recruiting strategy. The role will manage end-to-end sourcing and pipeline work across technical and other hiring needs, while working with hiring managers to improve outcomes using data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing talent pipelines across technical, clinical, and other roles
  • Driving continuous improvement through strategic recruiting initiatives, including providing hiring managers with key metrics and insights
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with hiring managers by discussing new requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback
  • Developing approaches to identify, attract, and close top talent across channels, including creatively uncovering new sourcing sources
  • Attending debriefs with hiring teams and participating as a peer in evaluating candidates
  • Cultivating a strong network of exceptional talent across Neuralink’s verticals

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with teams across a wide range of roles
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and identifying industry experts, including uncovering unique engagement methods
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews to assess an engineer’s skill level
  • Interest and depth to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions being hired
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite
  • Experience working in an agency setting and at an early-stage startup
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards using queries in Excel or Google Sheets

Compensation and Location

  • Location: South San Francisco, CA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 95,000 - 147,000 per yearly
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years
