Responsibilities

Follow the approved recruitment process to sustain AAP and EEO compliance and deliver consistent hiring practices.
Represent the organization through professional recruiting at community events, in-person and virtual settings, and nurture positive relationships with prospective candidates.
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers to hires.
Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms, including social and professional networks.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting.
Associate degree or equivalent experience (approximately two years) required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday experience is preferred.
