Job Description

Join the Cafua Management Company Human Resources team in Methuen, MA (onsite) and help build teams across the Dunkin’ organization through hands-on, full-cycle recruiting. This Talent Acquisition Specialist role offers competitive pay from $55,000 to $70,000 per year and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

How you’ll contribute

  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, managing offers, and coordinating next steps for candidates
  • Manage and craft offers to support candidate decisions through the hiring process
  • Support the creation and refinement of job postings to attract qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule background checks as part of the recruiting workflow
  • Provide onboarding support, including assistance with new hire orientation
  • Handle light HR admin work to keep HR processes running smoothly
  • Assist with J1 and H2b visa programs to support international hiring
  • Support job fair participation to help attract talent

What we need from you

  • 1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (examples include Recruiter, HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting coordinator, Talent Administrator, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A talent for turning paperwork into an art form
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working across recruiting and HR operations with a willingness to dive headfirst into the role
  • International recruiting and visa program experience is a plus, given the global reach of the organization

You will support recruiting through the J1 and H2b visa programs, helping coordinate the hiring process for candidates from around the world.
