Recruiting Specialist

Capstone is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to strengthen talent acquisition operations in a hybrid setup based in Bend, Oregon. In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting for an assigned group of positions, acting as a primary point of contact for hiring managers from job requisition through offer and the onboarding handoff.

Role overview

You will manage day-to-day recruiting activities, including coordinating remote staffing needs and maintaining contract vendor relationships. The focus is on keeping recruiting moving across a steady volume of roles, with accurate tracking and reporting to support leadership visibility into hiring progress.

Responsibilities

• Support requisition intake through offer management for assigned open roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with maintaining a steady volume of openings across the firm’s service lines.
• Post and maintain job advertisements across job boards, social platforms, and the company career page; review and respond to all applications.
• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain recruiting reports including pipeline, funnel, and lifecycle metrics for leadership review.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (or coursework) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience; professional services experience a plus.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Glassdoor.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and an HRIS platform.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent requisitions.

Compensation and schedule

• Salary: USD 55,000 per year
• Location: Bend, OR (hybrid)
