Job Description
KONE Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across the region, emphasizing proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and high-quality hires aligned with regional business goals.
Responsibilities
- Attract and secure the talent needed to support regional business growth and operational needs
- Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting
- Engage in proactive sourcing to build a robust candidate pool
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Deliver high-quality hires that meet business requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments, with a proven track record of direct candidate sourcing to KONE
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system, with Workday Recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive channels
- 3+ years of experience directly sourcing and hiring for skilled trades, manufacturing, field service, or technical/industrial roles
- 2+ years of experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor
- Proven experience using data, market insights, and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes
- Operates as a strategic talent advisor, building credibility with hiring managers and focusing on long-term pipeline development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

Salary and Compensation
- Annual base pay range: $93,400 – $122,640
Bonus and Incentives
- KONE Annual Bonus plan with a 10% target incentive (50/50) based on company and individual goals
