Job Description
TikTok USDS in Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Corporate Functions, leading full-cycle recruitment and leadership searches across Legal, Public Policy, Communications, Brand, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This on-site role offers a salary range of USD 97,470 to 216,600 per year and requires at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

Responsibilities
- End to end recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring across multiple business lines, chiefly Corporate Functions and leadership roles, with agility to support broader areas as priorities shift.
- Stakeholder consultation: Advise senior business leaders and HR partners on talent needs, share market insights, influence hiring decisions, and guide optimal strategies.
- Strategic sourcing: Employ innovative techniques, talent research, and market mapping to identify and attract top passive candidates in competitive, niche markets.
- Candidate assessment and experience: Screen and select candidates by evaluating business acumen and fit with TikTok's fast-paced culture, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Complex offer negotiation: Drive interview and offer processes, using internal parity data and market intelligence to propose salaries and close challenging negotiations.
- Data-driven strategy: Partner with hiring teams to analyze pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive recruitment solutions.
- Operational excellence: Navigate the regulated USDS environment and manage TA related projects such as pipeline optimization, interviewer training, or referral programs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years supporting Corporate Functions (Legal, Public Policy, Communications, Finance, or Operations).
- Proven ability to manage diverse, complex requisitions simultaneously, including leadership-level and executive hiring.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency to diagnose pipeline challenges and present actionable solutions to leadership.
- Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools) with a track record of complex talent mapping and engaging highly passive candidates.
