Sr. Recruiter, Enterprise Human Data (IC) - High-Volume GTM, Operations, Finance & Technology Hiring
Job Description
KORE1 Technologies is expanding its enterprise operations with a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring across GTM, operations, finance, and technology. Based in San Francisco and onsite, this individual-contributor role focuses on moving high-caliber talent through fast-moving processes, partnering closely with senior leaders to scale a high-growth AI organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and initial outreach to assessment, offers, and closing—for both individual contributors and leadership roles across the enterprise.
- Recruit across a broad mix of commercial and technical profiles, including Engagement Managers, Strategic Project Leads, Associates, applied AI and code-delivery engineers, account owners, operators, and support functions.
- Support hiring across commercial, operations, GTM, finance, business, engineering, applied AI, and other specialized teams as the division grows.
- Personally drive high-volume sourcing, outbound outreach, candidate outreach calls, pipeline development, interview coordination, offer management, and closing activity.
- Build a strong top-of-funnel through creative outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, market intelligence, targeted campaigns, events, and other proactive channels.
- Partner directly with company leadership, General Managers, Engagement Managers, Account Leads, and Strategic Project Leads to map hiring needs, calibrate the hiring bar, and advance searches.
- Translate shifting business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and adjust as priorities evolve.
- Evaluate candidates from high-growth startups and other organizations known for demanding hiring standards.
- Assess candidates for performance, trajectory, stability, motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment.
- Represent the company as a credible ambassador to senior candidates exploring competitive opportunities in technology and AI markets.
- Communicate the company’s mission, business model, growth trajectory, expectations, and employee value proposition while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage candidates through fast-moving interview processes and proactively address compensation, competing opportunities, timing, motivation, and closing risks.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate leveling, evidence-based evaluation, and disciplined hiring decisions.
- Drive same-day debriefs, rapid feedback, expedited offers, and other recruiting service-level expectations to attract top talent.
- Build, implement, and continually improve practical recruiting systems while staying deeply involved in daily execution.
- Track and optimize key recruiting funnel metrics, including sourcing activity, response and conversion rates, pass-through rates, time in stage, time to fill, source yield, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance, and fill rates.
- Collaborate on recruiting dashboards, reporting, process automation, and workflow improvements using Ashby and other talent intelligence tools.
- Help cultivate the company’s employer brand through candidate campaigns, referrals, events, and consistent representation of hiring standards and mission.
- Introduce structure and operational rigor without hindering execution, taking full ownership of hiring outcomes with a strong standard for quality and speed.
Requirements
- Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting across both individual contributors and leadership roles.
- Execution-focused recruiter who personally sources, conducts outbound outreach, screens candidates, manages interview processes, negotiates offers, and closes hires.
- Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment with substantial sourcing, outbound activity, and candidate calls.
- History of hiring against aggressive timelines while maintaining a high talent bar.
- Generalist breadth across commercial, GTM, enterprise sales, account management, operations, finance, business, project leadership, engineering, applied AI, and related functions.
- Familiarity with both commercial and technical hiring, including sales, account management, engineering, and applied AI profiles.
- Not narrowly specialized in one niche; demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience in high-growth startups or high-talent-density companies with rigorous hiring standards.
- Strong sourcing instincts to identify, engage, and close highly sought-after passive candidates.
- Credible, efficient partnering with General Managers, Account Leads, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- Ability to build and scale practical hiring systems and use data to improve outcomes.
- Willingness to introduce structure and processes while remaining actively involved in daily recruitment work.
- Not a role for those focused primarily on strategy or process design; hands-on execution is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage senior candidates in the AI market.
- Proactive, high-motor, outcome-driven approach capable of sustaining urgency across multiple searches.
- Comfort with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and long hours when necessary.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Evidence of stable tenure and sustained impact; isolated short stints are understandable, but repeated short tenures may be a concern.
- Familiarity with Ashby or the ability to quickly adopt new recruiting tools and workflows.
- Commitment to working in person five days per week in San Francisco, with NYC as an exceptional alternative.
