Job Description
QXO seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring teams, and strengthen recruiting outcomes, based onsite in Seattle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for a range of roles, from intake through offer, with focus on hard-to-fill and senior-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies and share market insights
- Develop proactive sourcing plans using networking, referrals, and innovative search approaches
- Improve recruiting process quality to increase efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and support diversity outcomes
- Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators by sharing best practices and supporting their growth
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent pipeline initiatives
- Support employer brand efforts by representing the company at events and networking opportunities through industry engagement
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to guide decisions and report progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success across varied, demanding requisitions
- Strong business acumen and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience mentoring peers or junior team members preferred
- Experience hiring security engineers, IT, and ERP systems
- Passion for improving candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams

Compensation and Work Details
- Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
- Base pay range: USD 130,000 to 155,000 per year
- Annual salary range disclosure (Pay Transparency): USD 135,000 to 155,000; offers depend on factors including location, experience, skills, and market data
- Position may include variable compensation
