Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for senior and key positions across the organization.
- Design and implement multi-channel sourcing plans, leveraging online platforms, events, professional networks, and advanced search methods to identify candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to capture business needs, articulate target candidate profiles, craft recruitment strategies, and shepherd the hiring process.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Create a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Proactively build and sustain talent pipelines for key roles before openings arise.
- Continuously identify process improvements to boost efficiency and candidate experience.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and adaptability across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Network effectively and cultivate strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and benefits, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliant hiring aligned with policy and legal requirements.
- Apply analytical skills and recruitment metrics to deliver insights that drive hiring process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five to seven years of recruitment experience focused on senior level roles
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Specialty certification preferred
