Job Description

Cleveland Clinic is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support Nursing and/or Nursing Support recruiting across the Ohio market. This Monday–Friday hybrid role is based in Beachwood, OH, with three days on-site each week, and focuses on full-cycle recruiting, pipeline development, and meeting quality and organizational goals.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help reduce vacancy rates, manage candidate progress through the recruiting lifecycle, and support reporting and performance tracking aligned to internal metrics. You will also serve as an internal resource for enterprise managers on staffing, training, and recruitment policy guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Cleveland Clinic Talent Acquisition objectives by aligning recruiting work to quality metrics and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to source and hire quality candidates, helping decrease organizational vacancy rates.
  • Execute recruitment plans for assigned areas using strategies designed to attract skilled and qualified caregivers.
  • Own candidate pipeline activities, including driving the offer process, pre-closing activities, and supporting ongoing sourcing and pipelining work in adherence to SLA.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience, and applicant tracking database management.
  • With support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor, report on recruitment progress, metrics, and pipeline development.
  • Create, track, and monitor quality metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and confirm alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive teamwork, consistency, and process improvement.
  • Participate in Level 1-Tiered Huddle.
  • Act as an internal consultant to enterprise managers by providing guidance related to staffing, training, and counseling on Talent Acquisition and HR Recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts at events and other community activities to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in required recruitment systems and technology to support efficient and compliant recruiting operations.
  • Track and prepare timely reports on new caregiver status, including HR appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents, and clearance requirements.
  • Provide accurate, timely communication to candidates and new caregivers to support a positive recruiting experience.
  • Support cross-team collaboration to advance organizational initiatives and maintain consistent recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or related Cleveland Clinic experience, with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generating/innovation, and leveraging networks.
  • OR associate degree with four years of experience.
  • OR high school diploma/GED with six years of experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong customer service skills.
  • Superior organizational and analytic skills with attention to detail and quality, plus the ability to generate and support pragmatic solutions that meet Cleveland Clinic standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), CRM, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Proven experience handling confidential Human Resources matters.
  • Two years of recruitment experience.
  • Workday experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system, including travel to other locations; for some roles, ability to travel internationally.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including delivering applicable training in person and virtually.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Compensation

Pay range: USD 57,510 to 87,697 per year.

Minimum annual salary: $57,510.00
Maximum annual salary: $87,697.50
