Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports Rogers Behavioral Health by managing full life cycle recruiting activities that align with organizational staffing needs. This onsite role in Oconomowoc, WI focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and acquiring candidates for key critical positions, with an emphasis on an excellent candidate experience and diverse candidate slates.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the hiring manager to conduct position kick off meetings, identifying and understanding the skills required for open roles.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and sourcing specialist to research and develop an effective recruitment plan to identify and attract talent, with emphasis on presenting diverse slates of candidates.
- Review, screen, and respond to job applicants in a timely manner while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Conduct candidate interviews using a competency model and behavior-based interview questions.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule leader interviews efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Provide proactive updates to hiring leaders regarding recruitment plan progress and effectiveness, including candidate status.
- Provide talent acquisition consultation to hiring leaders related to candidate selection, interview skills and questions, competitive job offers, and overall labor market considerations.
- Extend employment offers with a high attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records at all times.
- Recruit primarily for high volume hourly and nonexempt positions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong internal and external customer service mindset.
- Commitment to success in a competitive environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Requires knowledge of related employment law and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience developing recruitment plans in partnership with hiring leaders, sourcing specialists, or other recruiters.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare (highly desired but not required).
- Comfort with social media applications.
- Experience with the MS Office Suite.
