Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
Lead full-cycle recruiting as a strategic talent acquisition partner while supporting university relations, the summer internship program, and new hire onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for staff-level and professional roles across multiple business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to build recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and align hiring plans to business needs
- Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry associations
- Screen candidates and conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Advise hiring managers and HRBPs with recommendations throughout the selection process
- Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and candidate communications
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and sustain partnerships with colleges, universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus recruiting events, networking opportunities, and internship initiatives
- Lead all elements of the annual summer internship program: workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, programming, and evaluation
- Partner with department leaders to identify internship needs and define project-based assignments
- Coordinate intern engagement, development activities, networking opportunities, and performance feedback during the internship
- Lead HR new hire orientation and related onboarding activities
- Ensure new employees have a welcoming onboarding experience that supports successful integration
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with new hires, managers, IT, facilities, and other stakeholders
- Educate new hires on company policies, benefits, culture, and organizational resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for professional and staff-level positions
- Proven ability to build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Strong interviewing skills, relationship-building, and consultative communication
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects at the same time
- Experience leading college recruiting, university relations, or internship programs
- Experience facilitating onboarding and new hire orientation programs
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification

Working Conditions
- Ability to travel up to 15% to support recruitment activities, university partnerships, career fairs, and internship program events
- Ability to work onsite as required to support hiring manager collaboration, candidate interviews, onboarding activities, and intern program initiatives
Location and Work Schedule
- Wexford, PA (hybrid)
- Onsite presence required minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Corporate Headquarters onboarding activities supported in Pittsburgh, PA
