Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in the IXL Learning culture and family of brands, authentically telling our story to candidates by explaining products, mission, and day-to-day life
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, challenges, and hiring goals, helping shape effective recruiting strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across customer-facing functions
• Build creative sourcing pipelines to reach passive and diverse talent
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Guide candidates through the interview process with clear expectations and timelines
• Handle offers and negotiations, ensuring competitive terms and a smooth process
• Engage candidates to understand motivations and address questions for informed career decisions
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience that leaves a positive impression of IXL Learning
• Actively foster long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals to build a talent community for future opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on non-technical teams or a generalist recruiting background
• Proven success sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms
• Strong eye for talent and the ability to align a candidate's strengths and career goals with the right opportunity
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Relationship-builder who communicates with clarity and authenticity to earn trust and alignment
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems
• Genuine interest in how education and technology intersect to improve learning
