Recruiter

MAB Community Services is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to provide medical leave coverage in Allston, MA. This full-time, on-site role sits within the Human Resources team and focuses on full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through hiring, in a high-volume environment.

The position supports staffing across the organization and requires prior recruiting experience in human services, healthcare, or medical staffing, along with the ability to manage several open requisitions at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across the organization.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support the overall hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Create sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future openings.
• Participate in recruitment events and outreach initiatives as needed.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, or medical staffing is required.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
