Deloitte is seeking a School Recruiter to support campus hiring across designated business areas from our Denver, Colorado onsite office. This role coordinates recruiting activities, manages candidate processes, and helps execute the campus recruiting strategy, partnering with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to align talent outreach with business goals.

Responsibilities
- Utilize recruiting insights, performance data, and market intelligence to shape strategies and persuade internal stakeholders about recruitment activities and programs.
- Support campus hiring efforts across designated business areas, coordinating events, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to execute the campus hiring strategy.
- Develop candidate pipelines across various hiring profiles and business units while cultivating ongoing relationships with potential hires.
- Monitor and manage the budget allocated to recruiting activities.
- Maintain candidate and school data in recruiting systems, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Occasional weekend travel and after-hours recruiting commitments during peak periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Residence within a commutable distance to one of the specified role locations
- On average, up to 20% travel may be required depending on duties and client/industry mix
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

The Team
The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision and to advise on, implement, and execute the recruiting strategy with full lifecycle services. Teams are organized by business and then by hire type, including campus, experienced, and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.
