Job Description
Join Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team supporting campus hiring through recruiting coordination, candidate lifecycle management, and campus recruiting strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Use recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to shape recruiting strategies and influence internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
- Support campus recruiting across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer support
- Partner with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to execute campus hiring strategy
- Build candidate pipelines aligned to hiring profiles and businesses while maintaining ongoing candidate relationships
- Track and manage budgets for recruiting activities
- Manage candidate and school data in recruiting systems, including pipeline tracking and maintaining accurate documentation
- Participate in occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Must be located within commutable distance to a select location for this role
- Ability to travel 20% on average based on work, clients, and industries/sectors served
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
- Ability to quickly learn relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
- Problem-solving and event-planning skills
- Interest in testing new methodologies and approaches, including embracing technology platforms and participating in social media strategy
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office tools
Team overview
- Talent Acquisition collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision
- Team members advise on, implement, and execute the recruiting strategy, delivering full lifecycle recruiting services
- Teams are aligned by business and by type of hire, including campus and experienced, as well as Partner/Principal/Managing Director/Leader recruiting
