Associate, Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team partners with the business and the broader Talent organization to shape and deliver recruiting outcomes. In this onsite Associate role in Rosslyn, VA, you will support campus hiring by coordinating recruiting activities, overseeing candidate processes, and helping execute the campus recruiting strategy across assigned business areas.
What You’ll Do
- Apply recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to develop strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
- Support campus recruiting activities across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers
- Partner with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to help deliver the campus hiring strategy
- Build candidate pipelines aligned to hiring profiles and businesses, while maintaining ongoing candidate relationships
- Track and manage budget for recruiting activities
- Manage candidate and school data in recruiting systems, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Must be located within a commutable distance to one of the select locations available for this role
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on work assignments and the clients and industries or sectors served
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Team Overview
The Talent Acquisition team provides strategic insight into the recruiting vision and supports full lifecycle recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and then by type of hire, including campus, experienced, and Partner/Principal/Managing Director/Leader recruiting.
Additional Preferences
- Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
- Ability to quickly build understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
- Problem-solving and event-planning skills
- Willingness to try new methodologies and approaches, including embracing technology platforms and participating in the social media strategy
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office tools
