Job Description

Join Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team supporting campus hiring through recruiting coordination, candidate lifecycle management, and campus recruiting strategy execution.

Responsibilities

Use recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to shape recruiting strategies and influence internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Support campus recruiting across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer support
Partner with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to execute campus hiring strategy
Build candidate pipelines aligned to hiring profiles and businesses while maintaining ongoing candidate relationships
Track and manage budgets for recruiting activities
Manage candidate and school data in recruiting systems, including pipeline tracking and maintaining accurate documentation
Participate in occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
Must be located within commutable distance to a select location for this role
Ability to travel 20% on average based on work, clients, and industries/sectors served
Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Prior recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
Ability to quickly learn relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems

Experience using an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office tools
