Associate, Talent Acquisition (Campus School Recruiter)
Job Description
Deloitte seeks an Associate, Talent Acquisition to lead campus recruiting efforts in the Dallas area, onsite.
Responsibilities
- Leverage recruiting knowledge, performance insights, and market intelligence to shape strategies and influence internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
- Support campus recruiting across assigned business areas, covering event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers
- Collaborate with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to implement the campus hiring strategy
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across hiring profiles and business units while fostering ongoing relationships with potential hires
- Track and oversee the recruiting budget for activities and programs
- Manage candidate and school data in recruiting systems, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure accurate documentation
- Occasionally travel on weekends or evenings during peak recruitment seasons
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Located within commuting distance to one of the designated locations for this role
- Travel up to 20 percent on average based on duties and client needs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

The Team
The Talent Acquisition team partners with the business and the broader Talent organization to provide strategic insight into recruiting strategy. The team delivers full lifecycle recruiting services, aligning by business segment and by hire type, including campus, experienced, and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.
