Regional Field Recruiter - Sub Contractors

This Regional Field Recruiter role is based in Boston, MA onsite, with extensive travel across the Northeast to source, activate, and manage subcontractor flooring crews.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and activate subcontractor flooring crews across your territory
• Travel throughout the region to visit supply houses, distributors, and retail partners
• Attend trade shows, job fairs, and community events to find and engage crews
• Build referral networks within installer communities and recruit competitors’ crews
• Screen vendors, conduct crew evaluations, and assist with getting crews up and running
• Track recruitment activity and maintain pipeline health

Requirements

• Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style
• Comfortable with extensive multi-state travel
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, trades, or sales preferred
• Strong relationship-builder with persistence and resilience
• Organized, metrics-driven, and results-oriented
• Experience using a Vendor Management System (VMS) a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: USD 60,000 – 100,000 per year
• Each activated crew earns a bonus up to USD 1,500 per new corporation, paid as milestones are met
• If quarterly targets are met, an additional performance kicker of USD 2,800–3,200 can be earned, up to USD 12,800 annually
• Total earning potential: USD 95,000–100,000+

Location: Boston, MA onsite with travel across the region; role requires being on the road.
