Responsibilities

Identify and recruit qualified candidates for physician and Advanced Practice Provider roles
Build relationships with providers via phone, email outreach, and social media
Conduct proactive outreach and cold calls to establish connections with providers
Utilize VMS platforms, ATS systems, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and online resources to identify, track, and monitor prospective providers
Collaborate with support teams to guide candidates through licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements
Manage multiple job requests concurrently while delivering an excellent candidate experience

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of physician and Advanced Practice Provider healthcare recruiting experience with knowledge of the locum industry
Recent experience in physician and APP healthcare recruiting within the past year
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize workload
Experience using various ATS platforms and familiarity with VMS systems
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Gmail, and Mac-based products
Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting production targets
Team player mindset, innovative, determined, and goal oriented
Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive industry
Shows urgency and adherence to hard deadlines
