Recruiting Coordinator

United Refrigeration Inc. is hiring an organized, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across multiple U.S. locations from an onsite role in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain openings on the company career pages and job boards; source candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Source and screen applicants, then identify and recommend qualified candidates for warehouse, delivery driver, counter sales, customer service, and other assigned roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules for phone and virtual interviews; manage confirmations, changes, candidate updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in iCIMS; track recruiting activity, prepare reports, and support updates to job postings.
• Communicate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with job fairs and recruiting projects, and support ongoing process improvements.
• Keep an up-to-date list of open positions and approved positions by location.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience (preferred range: 1–3 years) in recruiting, staffing, HR, or recruitment coordination.
• Experience screening candidates is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills, strong organization, follow-through, and discretion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple openings while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and online job boards.
• Preferred experience with iCIMS, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, multi-location hiring, or recruiting in distribution, logistics, transportation, or customer service.
