Support temporary recruiting coverage for ACHIEVEMENT CENTER FOR CHILDREN with a focus on Education and Therapy hiring in Westlake, OH.

Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, professional networks, schools, associations, referrals, and additional channels
Develop candidate pipelines for positions that are difficult to fill
Perform outreach to both active and passive candidates
Review applicants and conduct initial candidate screens
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, consistent candidate follow-up
Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and identify qualified talent
Manage assigned candidates from first contact through offer acceptance
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Continuously evaluate and test new sourcing approaches to increase candidate flow

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Strong experience with candidate sourcing and proactive outreach
Ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to work independently, move quickly, and manage competing priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment
Experience recruiting therapy, healthcare, education, or other specialized roles is a plus

Temporary, Part-Time / PRN recruiting role
Onsite in Westlake, OH
Approximately 15–20 hours per week, based on recruiting needs
Primary focus on NCTA recruiting, with support for other priority ACC positions as needed

Compensation: USD 20–22 per hour
