Job Description

Jzanus Home Care Inc. offers an on-site opportunity in Holbrook, NY for an in-house Recruiter and HR Coordinator focused on home health aides. The role delivers a competitive hourly range of $22 to $25 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.

The position centers on recruiting, screening, and hiring PCAs and HHAs, conducting interviews in English and Spanish, onboarding new staff, and coordinating staffing to meet home care needs. This onsite role is based in Holbrook and requires the ability to commute to the location.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and hire qualified PCAs and HHAs
  • Conduct interviews in English and Spanish
  • Utilize online job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with NYS home care requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to meet staffing goals

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish (Required)
  • Home Care Recruiting/HR Coordinator experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Energetic, professional, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to commute to Holbrook, NY 11741 (Required)
