As a Recruiter and Account Manager, you will drive the full cycle of recruiting, nurture key client relationships, and onboard top talent across multiple industries. Your focus on talent management, negotiation, and strategic sourcing will support client success and long term growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, executive, campus, and internal roles, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and candidates through outreach, social media activity, proactive research, and relationship management to fill roles quickly
- Evaluate candidates thoroughly using interview techniques, employment and labor law compliance, and evaluation procedures to secure quality placements
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines for succession planning and lead generation to support long-term organizational growth
- Oversee onboarding activities such as orientation, training and development initiatives, and employee relations efforts to foster a positive workplace
- Keep accurate records in ATS systems like Salesforce or ADP to track recruitment metrics, candidate data, and contract details
- Support HR functions including employee contracts, performance reviews, employee relations issues, and employment law compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
