ONYX Brands Holdings Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring onsite in Hudson, OH.

Own full cycle recruiting for multiple open roles, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across the organization.
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, and additional sourcing channels.
Lead talent management recruiting activities including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide guidance tied to employment law, talent management, and HR legal compliance.
Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Kenexa BrassRing to track candidates and streamline recruiting workflows.
Negotiate offers with candidates in alignment with company policies and applicable employment law standards.
Maintain working knowledge of HR systems including UltiPro and Paychex to support onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.

Proven recruiting experience within human resources, including external recruiting, internal recruiting, and technical recruiting.
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities to engage both candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to source candidates through research, cold calling, social media marketing (recruitment), and use of talent management software.
Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and employee relations practices.
Familiarity with HR and recruiting systems, including Lever, Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, or Paychex (for recruiting data management).
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with training & development initiatives related to onboarding or succession planning is a plus.
