Recruiter

US Tech Force is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring from first outreach through new hire onboarding. This onsite role in Appleton, WI centers on delivering staffing outcomes by sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and tracking progress against weekly recruiting goals.

You will own key parts of the recruiting workflow, including candidate screening and ATS management, while collaborating with department leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, career pages, and social media.
• Partner with department managers and team leaders to identify both current and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate information, including resumes and contact details, in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct pre-employment screening, including reference checks and background verification.
• Work closely with assigned clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
• Meet weekly recruitment goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Staffing Coordinator.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases.
• Strong experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations, including phone or virtual screenings, structured interviews, and assessments.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep employee and candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
• Ability to work independently while remaining focused and results driven.
