Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain candidate records and track recruitment updates
• Support job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Contribute to improving the overall candidate experience

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is beneficial
