Job Description

TEKsystems is hiring a Recruiter for an on-site contract role in Herndon, VA. This position supports hiring teams by building strong candidate pipelines and guiding applicants through the process. You will work Monday through Friday during business hours, with a pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus a competitive base and incentive opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Build relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication
  • Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Help candidates take the next step in their careers while driving business results

Required qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or similar experience is a plus
