Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Build relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication
- Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Support candidates in making the next step in their careers while driving business results
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or similar experience is a plus
