Recruiter- Warehouse & Assembly

Elite Lighting is hiring an experienced Recruiter to support hiring for Warehouse and Assembly roles onsite in Commerce, CA.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Warehouse and Assembly positions
• Review resumes and employment applications to determine fit against position requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, availability, and suitability
• Maintain professional candidate communication and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the process
• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews
• Administer pre-employment assessment tests
• Present qualified candidates to the Office Manager for further review and consideration
• Maintain accurate, organized recruiting records and candidate information
• Complete other recruiting-related duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements

• 1 year of recruiting experience (Required)
• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, especially with Warehouse, Assembly, Manufacturing, or similar roles
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Good typing and data-entry skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $20.00–$23.00

Job Type and Schedule

• 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Expected hours: 42.5 per week

• Commerce, CA 90040: relocate before starting work (Preferred)
