Recruiter

This Recruiter role in Toledo, OH drives end-to-end hiring by sourcing candidates, interviewing, and coordinating closely with hiring leadership to keep the pipeline moving.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong talent pipeline by using research-based recruiting methods, cold calling, and external recruiting channels.
• Conduct daily, comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate fit and support selection of top talent aligned with organizational and operational needs.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure a steady flow of candidates for interviewing and placement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with full cycle recruiting (required).
• Proven full cycle recruiting experience across diverse roles.
• Comfort using talent acquisition platforms such as INDEED and Handshake.
• Experience with candidate sourcing methods, including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and use of talent management tools.
• Experience working within a team, including managing or collaborating in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage candidates and manage relationships across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with external recruiting strategies, including agency partnerships and specialized job boards.
• Driver’s license (required).
• High school or equivalent (required).
• Day shift availability (required).
