Job Description

Libertana is seeking an onsite Recruiter in Sherman Oaks, CA. This role offers an hourly rate of $26 to $30 and a chance to partner with the HR team and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent for Libertana Home Health. You will build strong candidate pipelines, support workforce growth, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future roles, including Caregivers, LVNs, RNs, Accounting, and Administrative positions.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Write and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms via the applicant tracking system.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Partner with department leaders to clarify hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Keep candidate records accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system.
  • Extend conditional offers of employment and support onboarding processes.
  • Engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other networks.
  • Represent Libertana at job fairs, community events, and outreach efforts (including nursing schools) to promote the employer brand.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop recruitment strategies, budgets, and diversity outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure hiring goals and timelines are met.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, healthcare recruiting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and research skills.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach, including cold and warm calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
