Impact Bio is seeking motivated, self-directed Contract Recruiters to support talent acquisition for Life Sciences and Pharma opportunities from our Houston, TX onsite location. In this contract role, you will work closely with client hiring managers to run end-to-end recruiting, helping qualified candidates move from sourcing through interview scheduling and requisition management within the ATS.

This position is built for recruiters who can become strong client collaborators and leverage a broad network to meet hiring needs for both direct hire and contracted placements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Hiring Managers and Candidates
- Support full-cycle recruiting for Life Sciences roles, including sourcing, screening, telephone interviews, written assessments, and scheduling
- Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
- Proactively source talent to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage one or more requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate updates in a timely manner to Impact Bio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reporting to Clients and Impact Bio Leadership in a timely manner
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two (2) + years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Life Sciences industry required
- Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / BioTech industry highly desired
- Experience utilizing an ATS required
- Strong network of industry contacts is a must
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking
- Excellent organization and time management skills required
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and technology

Contract Recruiter purpose: Impact Bio is hiring Contract Recruiters who partner with client hiring managers to determine current and future recruitment needs, develop plans to achieve project timelines, and build pipelines for future openings. The recruiter will search job boards, use internet resources, and network to identify candidates, then review resumes, pre-screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to Hiring Managers through Impact Bio’s processes and systems. The role also includes coordinating interview locations, assisting with scheduling, and helping prepare candidates for interviews.
