Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Impact Bio is seeking motivated, self-directed Contract Recruiters to support Talent Acquisition for Life Sciences and Pharma hiring in a Pittsburgh, PA onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Own full-cycle recruiting activities: sourcing, screening, telephone interviews, written assessment, and scheduling for direct hire or contracted roles
• Meet or exceed recruiting deadlines
• Proactively source talent to strengthen candidate pipelines
• Manage one or more requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide timely updates to ImpactBio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain accurate records and complete reporting to Clients and ImpactBio Leadership on time

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment in the Life Sciences industry required
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / BioTech industry highly desired
• Proven experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking required
• Strong organization and time management skills required
• Excellent telephone skills required
• Strong written and communication skills required
• Proficiency with computers/technology required
• Strong network of industry contacts is a must

Purpose

• Add highly motivated, self-directed Contract Recruiters to the Talent Acquisition Department
• Partner with Client Hiring Managers to ensure qualified candidates are selected for Direct Hire or Contracted positions
• Collaborate on current and future recruitment needs and develop plans to meet project timelines
• Build talent pipelines for future openings using job boards, internet research, and networking
• Review resumes, pre-screen, and interview candidates while providing feedback to Hiring Managers through established processes and systems
• Work with Hiring Managers to determine suitable interview locations and support scheduling and interview preparation
