Job Description
This contract recruiting role supports a government contracting environment, focusing on full lifecycle recruitment including cleared positions. The engagement is fully remote, with the possibility of contract-to-hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
- Source candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels such as job boards, search engines, social networks, targeted outreach, professional associations, alumni networks, referrals, and internal mobility.
- Continuously assess and adopt new sourcing methods to build and expand target candidate pools of top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the process, applying consultative recruiting to influence stakeholders at all levels and promote efficient hiring practices.
- Track recruiting activities in line with business processes and DoL/OFCCP requirements; generate reports for business leaders as requested.
- Represent the client and its values in all candidate interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Agency recruiting background.
- Experience recruiting for cleared positions, including high-level security clearances in the DoD and intelligence community.
- Ability to create large-scale recruiting strategies and cultivate an online presence to attract talent.
- Proficiency with effective sourcing and research methodologies.
- Proven track record recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting environment.
- General understanding of HR practices and federal compliance under DoL/OFCCP.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills; excellent oral and written communication.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in government contracting and familiarity with government proposal processes.
