Job Description

Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a Construction Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full lifecycle recruitment of salaried construction professionals across commercial, industrial, and specialty operations. This hybrid role is based in High Point, North Carolina and collaborates with hiring leaders to build strong talent pipelines that fuel project delivery and company growth. The role offers a salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for salaried construction roles spanning project management, operations, and field leadership.
  • Source and place candidates for roles including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents, Safety Managers, Operations Managers, VDC/BIM specialists, Purchasing, and other construction support positions.
  • Design proactive sourcing strategies that leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, trade associations, and targeted outreach.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with passive candidates across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to capture project staffing needs, growth plans, and succession considerations.
  • Oversee candidate pipelines from initial sourcing through offers and onboarding.
  • Deliver market intelligence, salary trends, and competitive hiring insights to leadership.
  • Track recruiting metrics while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Represent the organization professionally in the construction talent market and bolster employer branding.

Requirements

  • At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting construction professionals.
  • Proven success recruiting salaried construction roles, including project management, estimating, operations, or field leadership.
  • Solid track record sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills.
  • Onsite work required four days per week in High Point, NC.
