AppleOne is seeking a Construction HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for construction-focused hiring in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role in Bakersfield, CA helps move candidates from initial requisition activity through scheduling and onboarding.
The position is ideal for a recruiting professional with construction or skilled trades recruiting experience, strong coordination skills, and comfort working with recruiting tools and Microsoft applications.
What Youll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment
- Help manage recruitment processes from requisition through onboarding
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
What Youll Need
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or recruiting coordination
- Required experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience supporting recruitment processes from requisition through onboarding
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid driver's license required
