Join the talent acquisition team at Bravo Trans LLC to run full-cycle hiring for qualified truck drivers in Orlando, FL.

Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract truck drivers using multiple channels, including social media marketing, job boards, and industry events
Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while maintaining a consistent candidate experience
Use talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track applicant flow, update candidate records, and produce recruiting reports
Build and maintain partnerships with external recruiting agencies to sustain engagement and support hiring targets
Execute high-volume recruiting efforts while staying compliant with HR legal requirements tied to employment law and labor regulations
Support campus recruitment activities and participate in training & development programs to strengthen future talent pipelines
Negotiate employment offers with candidates in line with company policy and employment law

Proven experience in negotiation, talent management, and full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
Strong interviewing capability with experience in technical recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies
Working knowledge of HR and recruitment systems, including Kronos, UltiPro, and ATS platforms
Effective communication skills to coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Knowledge of employment & labor law relevant to talent acquisition and employee relations practices
Ability to manage relationship initiatives across internal stakeholders and external agencies
Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment) to support employer branding
Experience with HR legal compliance and programs including employee orientation, employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development
