Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Retail
Job Description
Perry Ellis International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Retail to support hiring across its retail stores in the Doral, Florida area. This onsite role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, hiring, and ongoing partnership with hiring managers to meet business needs.
In this position, you will help build a strong candidate pipeline while supporting best practices in recruitment operations, employer branding, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies that identify diverse talent using social media, professional networks, and partnerships.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and advise on hiring strategies.
- Strengthen Perry Ellis International’s employer brand by leveraging branding strategies and building relationships with candidates.
- Use recruitment metrics to monitor hiring progress, evaluate trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, state and federal employment laws, and other hiring regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within fashion or retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across a range of roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Greenhouse and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
