Job Description
Join an established recruiting team as a Degreed Recruiter supporting Sales Rep hiring nationwide and core corporate hiring in Miami.
Responsibilities
- Fill a range of roles, with primary focus on Sales Reps across cities nationwide and corporate positions in Miami
- Recruit using multiple sourcing approaches, including:
- Mining resumes on job boards
- Internet and social media search
- Career service website searches
- True headhunting
- Manage recruiting for assigned markets by locating employed and confidentially sourced candidates
- Complete select human resources tasks, including:
- Drug testing
- Background/reference checks
- Support the team with minimal travel as needed
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing style with interest in a fast-paced environment
- Staffing or recruiting experience, along with headhunting experience (preferred)
- Comfort using recruiting tools such as Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Strong telephone skills
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Cooperative approach and willingness to work with others
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1+ years of experience required
