Recruiter

Join an established recruiting team in Denver, CO (onsite) and take on an important role supporting hiring across the country. What you’ll do

Work with an experienced team to staff a variety of roles, with the primary focus on Sales Reps in cities across the country and core corporate positions in Miami. You will handle recruiting for assigned markets by identifying and engaging candidates in a gainfully and confidential manner using multiple sourcing approaches.

• Recruit assigned markets for Sales Reps across the country and corporate roles in Miami
• Gainfully and confidentially look for candidates using recruiting techniques such as resume mining on job boards, internet and social media search, career service websites, and true headhunting
• Support some human resources functions, including drug testing, background checks, and reference checks
• Handle the details of coordinating candidate progress while working within a team-based recruiting process
• Minimal travel may be required

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Friendly and outgoing communication style, with interest in a fast-paced environment
• Staffing or recruiting experience plus headhunting experience (preferred)
• Confidence using recruiting tools including Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
• Strong telephone skills
• Well organized with strong attention to detail
• Cooperative approach and willingness to work with others
