Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Onsite Full Time
Job Description
Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an onsite, full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help bring timely, high-quality talent into open roles. This position partners closely with the Director of Human Resources Talent & Culture and department leadership to coordinate recruiting plans, source candidates, and support improvements to the hiring and onboarding experience.
Working onsite in Jupiter, FL, you will plan and execute recruiting activities for each vacancy, build strong candidate relationships, and contribute market and professional expertise to HR and operational business partners.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with the peer talent acquisition team.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates, including passive candidates.
- Develop networks to find qualified candidates and maintain regular contact with potential future applicants.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Schedule regular follow-up meetings with managers to evaluate recruiting plan effectiveness and implementation.
- Share ideas to improve recruiting strategies to support strong hiring outcomes.
- Educate HR team and operational leaders on the latest and/or most effective recruiting modalities.
- Participate and hold recruitment events as needed.
- Act as a process improvement steward to enhance the candidate experience and the hiring manager experience.
- Provide market and professional expertise in recruitment to HR and operational business partners.
- Assist with facilitating onboarding and scheduling new hire orientation sessions.
- Contribute recruiting ideas and support to help JMC exceed organizational goals.
- Create and cultivate strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
- Promote JMC’s culture, values, and brand, including clearly articulating why candidates should choose JMC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, HR Management, Clinical, or a related field required, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year recruiting experience required with healthcare experience.
- 1 year experience with direct sourcing, including cold calling and social media.
- Experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results while working with all levels of leadership.
- Ability to use existing tools to efficiently and accurately track, monitor, and communicate recruitment and retention activities.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as turnover, vacancy rates, and time to fill.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers to support an expedient hiring process, including job posting, offering, pre-employment/screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Ability to lead recruiting debriefing sessions with HR and operational leads.
- Ability and willingness to work until the job gets done.

Physical requirements
- Requires sitting for long periods of time, as well as stooping, bending, standing, and stretching.
- Must have manual dexterity for typing and computer data entry.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions, work independently, make sound decisions, and stay detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated.
- Ability to push/pull up to 40 lbs, and carry and lift up to 20 lbs.
Threshold requirements
- Yearly completion of required Joint Commission mandatory education, including in-service and health requirements and attendance at new employee orientation.
