Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using diverse sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Source and recruit for multiple skill sets, managing high-volume recruitment with proven sourcing methods.
  • Represent the AK Division at local Juneau job events to support recruitment efforts.
  • Solicit referrals from current employees and external networks.
  • Promote the employer brand both online and offline.
  • Maintain candidate databases using the applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate with past applicants about new job opportunities via the icims CRM.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting for open requisitions, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluating, and offering.
  • Develop unique sourcing approaches such as internet research, social networking, employee referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Build and sustain key stakeholder relationships across client groups and within HR.
  • Strive to provide every applicant with a highly positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for multiple LLCs.
  • Develop search strategies and target lists to identify top talent.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct technical interviews at a fundamental level.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to developing solid relationships with candidates to create a pipeline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as iCIMS.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Strong prioritization, project management, and deadline-driven work ethic.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with coworkers, outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates.
  • Basic understanding of common corporate software and tools; proficiency with Windows and the MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum four or more years of experience sourcing and recruiting professionals.
  • Minimum five or more years of hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean search strings).
  • Experience recruiting for cyber and cyber defensive operations, data management, intelligence and counterintelligence support, IT operations and management, logistics, administrative support, help desk, and training.
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including job descriptions, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Experience recruiting cleared professionals.
