Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business needs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both external and internal talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the organization’s hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand vacancies, develop recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.
  • Apply strategic and creative approaches to sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Execute full cycle retail recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, job postings, and candidate screening.
  • Track recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current and prior strategies and drive improvements.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment projections for the organization.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.
  • Deliver strong customer service while managing high-volume frontline and non-exempt roles, field supervisors, corporate roles, and talent pipelines.
  • May assist with early talent and on-campus recruiting strategies.
  • Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 0–1 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS systems.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills with a proven ability to build networks.
  • Customer-service orientation with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Solid technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking to attract candidates and drive efficient operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass a post-offer background and drug screen.

  • Work type: Contract
  • Duration: 3+ months contract with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: First shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

  • Rate: $32 per hour
  • Pay: $32.00 per hour
