Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Level II to drive full lifecycle recruiting within the aerospace and defense space sector, with hybrid work in Redondo Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for regional or division-specific requisitions, covering administrative, hourly technician, exempt professional, manager, and director-level roles.
• Design innovative sourcing approaches to identify, attract, and hire top talent, and share effective practices with the recruiting team.
• Assess candidates for cultural fit, competencies, and skills; synthesize feedback from candidates and hiring managers and pre-close to achieve strong acceptance rates.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for open positions.
• Influence key stakeholders and cultivate trust to drive business outcomes.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to shape staffing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes and related policies.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a streamlined, positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant recruiting or sourcing experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience (4+ years of experience may substitute for a degree).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Proven full life-cycle staffing experience, including sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent.
• Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel domestically on an occasional basis to support events and business needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U S Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or defense industry recruiting experience with understanding of relevant skills, target companies, and talent pools.
• Active engagement in social and digital recruiting channels.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or a comparable ATS, and familiarity with Eightfold.
