Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports multiple assigned markets by managing recruiting activities from sourcing through offer coordination and handoff. This onsite role in Port Orange, FL helps ensure hiring decisions are made efficiently, consistently, and in line with Caliber’s recruiting process and applicable legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for assigned needs across markets.
  • Maintain regular communication with Talent Acquisition Managers to align on KPIs and track progress, share recruiting process updates, and support internal customer alignment.
  • Receive direction from Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, provide recommendations, understand recruiting needs, and deliver regular updates.
  • With some supervision and direction, research and recommend established and new sourcing sources for active and passive candidates.
  • Post open positions internally and on approved job boards.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening, refer qualified candidates to hiring managers, track candidate progress in the process, and manage administrative details.
  • Manage the offer process to support consistency and compliance with Caliber policy and practice, while aiming for a high acceptance rate.
  • Provide a clear handoff to the HR Administrative Team to enable an effective and consistent onboarding process.
  • Maintain candidate data in the ATS, utilize current metrics, and compile related recruiting reports.
  • Promote and expand teammate referral and alumni referral networks.
  • Partner with operations and business development leaders to build professional networks that help surface passive candidates.
  • With direction and support, leverage sourcing tools and strategies such as Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and hiring events to build a strong candidate slate.
  • With support, work with internal and external partners to develop competitive intelligence on market competitors and follow Caliber guidelines for recruiting from competition.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Complete regular in-market travel, with occasional out-of-market travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and skills.
  • 0-2 years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems preferred; Workday and Phenom highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.
  • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interaction skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
